We will have your full Body Composition measure on our Tanita BC Scale. These results alongside our analysis will help further your confidence to have direction on what route to use to reach your goals.
A couple key measurements from these results will tell you muscle mass scores directly have an impact on High and Low Body Fat ranges. The higher the Muscle Mass score reads the higher your metabolism runs.

Learn about the effects of testosterone on your body and how diet and weight training can directly effect the levels in your body.
MENTAL TOUGHNESS CHALLENGES
Weekly and Daily Mental toughness exercise will be given out throughout these 6 weeks.
-Learn simple techniques to relax and meditate after long work days to wind down and decompress.
-As well as learning how to focus on tasks that need to be done.
-Test your comfortability limits with some hard mental and physical challenges.
You will receive simple calorie counts and protein levels based on building muscle mass and cutting fat.
We are all victims of over eating and under eating which can both cause a tough time losing fat.
You will learn some basic principles of meal timing and what your plate should consist of.
Vitamin D will also be a large part of the challenge, its benefits vastly underrated and majority of the US population is deficient in this vitamin.

GROUP BIKE RIDES
Group Bike rides will be held once a week in different locations in prep for the adventure race to come!

-The Hulk Trails Park
-Ocean Blvd. and or Beach
At the completion of this 6 week challenge everyone will meet out to have drinks, further relationships built, and to Have Fun!
