Feature Friday with Amy Lovely from 6 am bootcamp. From: Thomasville, NC Lived in Myrtle: 7 years

Q: So you have attended morning boot camp and evening bootcamp, what time of the day do you like to workout and why? A: I prefer to work out in the morning. I never thought that would come out of my mouth, but I love it. There's something about waking up before the chaos of life kicks in and doing something for myself. I work long hours and I just don't have the energy at the end of my day.

Q: I hear you are quite a celebrity attorney. If I needed an attorney one day, what types of cases do you represent? A: I'm a criminal defense attorney. I have everything in my office from speeding tickets to murder. I do not however represent people who hurt women, children, old people or animals. People are usually surprised to hear a defense attorney say that - but I want to be proud of what I do and I want my kids to admire my work one day, so that's where I draw my line in the sand!

Q: You have recently received major recognition from Fortune Magazine, tell us all about that! ( congrats) A: Gosh, it's been a crazy year. I've had the privilege of representing a couple of very high profile cases and I've been lucky enough to have some really great outcomes. I received a big award from Martindale Hubbell and it was picked up on by Fortune. It's exciting when your hard work, blood, sweat and guts are acknowledged. I'm beyond grateful.

Q: Have you always been someone who worked out? What types of workouts have you done prior to joining us? A: Prior to having my 2 babies, Cash and Knox, I hit the gym at least 3 times a week doing cardio and weights. They are little and take up so much time, coupled with a crazy work schedule I've let my gym time go - out of pure convenience! I made a conscious decision in the past few months to do something for me - and I've chosen to devote time to being healthy.

Q: If you could hire one of the following, what would it be: Personal chef? Live in Housekeeper? Personal stylist/makeup artist? A: Hands down a HOUSEKEEPER! In the words of my sweet Mama, "Honey whoever said diamonds are a girls best friend is a LIAR! A good housekeeper is a girls best friend!" With 2 little boys, my house is in an utter state of chaos at all times!
