​​Duration: 4 weeks Training + 1 week of Testing/Competition ,Renews every 5 weeks.

1 Day per week for 1.25 hours each session

Purpose: This program will seek to introduce and solidify the concepts of Speed & Agility as well as Strength & Conditioning for the youth ages 8-18 (2 separate groups) who are interested in discovering the next stage in their development as it relates to athletics and overall health.

 

Price and Times.  Sessions will be held on Sunday afternoons and will cost $150 for 5 weeks per child.  There is a sibling discount available.  8-13 years old will meet 1:00-2:15pm and

14-18 will meet 2:30-3:45 PM.
