Co-ed All Ages Welcome
LEVEL ONE CLASS
BEGINNING APRIL 8th
Level one classes are designed for the person that is brand new to workouts or have taken a break and are ready to jump back in. The classes are 45 minutes in length and we work on baseline strength and core work. Each class is designed with a warm-up, strength training and 15 minutes of core work at the end of class.
Class Times
While any beginner can jump in on any of class times and be ok- these class times are only for Level one members:
Tues/Thurs 10:00am
Tues/Thurs 5:00pm

Group warmup led by a Coach, Demonstrations and Cue Points for all movements that day, Corrections and Suggestions buy a coach
FAQ
Q- How will I ever remembers all of those movements?
A- You don't have to, that is why group classes exist, you will learn more then you think over a few classes.

Q- Is this dangerous?
A- (Tough to hear answer...) Being weak is dangerous. Resistance trains will improve bone density and muscle mass will improve metabolism.

Q- Will I embarrass myself?
A- (The only answer...) NO you will not everyone in class is in the same boat as you! Everyone is looking to be a little bit better everyday.
