Learn every movement you will see within this 4 week program.

Glute Bridge

Good Morning 

You will Learn body awareness such as:
Proper weight distribution
Proper stretch points
When to back off and grind through
Controlled failure
Proper Warm Up & Recovery
Proper Prehab & Rehab

4 Week Program

3 Day/ Week Program
Complete the program on your time. As long as the gym is open you can train.  Makes for a very easy double dip day so you don't miss your primary exercises from class.
