WITH OPTIONAL SUNDAY CARDIO CLUB SESSIONS

THE CUT is a Nutrition Accountability Program Designed for Gym Members Who are Ready to take Control of their Habits and Eliminate Excuses.

 

We kick things off with a 30-minute kickoff meeting together where we’ll go over the structure of the program, expectations, and your personal goals. From there, you’ll have individual check-in meetings twice per month to make sure you’re staying on track, adjusting as needed, and continuing to move forward.

 

Throughout the program, you’ll take on personal challenges built to strengthen consistency, discipline, and smarter food choices. This isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, staying honest, and building habits that last
