You are right where you need to be.  We chose the AMAZING RACE TEAM CHALLENGE for the ultimate accountability.  Your team and the FInish Strong Coaches will keep you on track for 50 days.  THIS ALSO INCLUDES UNLIMITED WORKOUTS AT FINISH STRONG FOR THE ENTIRE CHALLENGE.

We have compiled a list of 15 team challenges and as each one  is executed  as a team -it  unlocks the next challenge.  Each person gets to choose their own  focus - weight loss, movement or gain muscle and the nutrition plan you receive will reflect that.  

After you sign up- you will receive an email asking for your focus and your team name!  Please respond to this!
